Back in March of 2020, once real estate agents were deemed essential employees, We set out to find a way to keep the homeowner dream alive safely. These strategies have been implemented with great success!
Using the zoom platform to chat with you “face to face,” we can plan the best course of action and discuss your wants and needs in your new home. Once a few properties are selected, I will email you all the appropriate papers and disclosures for your review, and I share any virtual listing information available. Through video chat in the safety of your own home while I tour the properties. If you want to view the home in person, I carry a “covid kit” in my car with all the PPE gear you may need. When we find that right home, we meet up via an interactive CMA (comparable market analysis) zoom to discuss pricing and offer planning, so nothing gets lost in translation. Offers can then be written and signed in a secure electronic signing program.
Do you need to sell in order to go forward with your dream home? To keep you and your family safe, we upgraded the way we do business. Again we can chat through zoom to discuss a pricing strategy and go over our interactive CMA... In preparation for the listing, we create and implement our extensive virtual playbook. By providing professional pictures, videos, interactive floor plans, and virtual brochures to our expansive social media platform and all prospective buyers, we can eliminate those buyers who are not interested - limiting in-person showings to those ready to purchase. We discuss together what course of action you want to follow regarding the in-person showings: such as limiting to only pre-qualified buyers and/or principal decision-makers, along with what standard of PPE you are comfortable with within your home.
