  • How do I update my member listing page details?
    You can submit a profile change using the Request Form here. Because we strive to keep the annual membership costs super low, there is a $15 fee for profile updates outside of your Free Annual Update in March. If you have not used your one free change, please email info@ctbride.com to request updates.
  • What if I need help with image resizing or profile graphics?
    You're in luck! We're making our graphic designer available to you at a low, members-only rate! Standard profile graphics (500x500px) are $20 each. Custom graphics are quoted on an as-needed basis. Email info@ctbride.com for a custom graphics quote or submit your Profile Graphics Order here. Orders are typically completed within 3-5 business days.
  • Can I add more than three photos to my profile?
    Yes, now you can! We can 9 additional square images to showcase your style, for a one time fee of $50. To request this profile enhancement, please email info@ctbride.com.
  • Can I add your logo to my website/email signature?
    Sure! Scroll down to Member Badges to copy/paste, or to save your preferred member badge to your desktop. Need it for something special? Email ally@ctbride.com for a high-resolution logo file or member badge.
  • Can I write for The Blog?
    Yes, we love professional member contributions! Please click here to get Blog Writing details.
  • Can I contribute to The Great Bridal Giveaways?
    Please do!! Need ideas? Previous giveaways have included the following: -Photoshoots -Spa Treatments -Vow Books -Custom Wine Glasses -Lash Extensions -Overnight Stays -Florals -Restaurant Gift Cards -Candles -Champagne -Wine -Jewelry -Relaxation Kits -DON'T FORGET- Include your business card or brochure! The whole purpose is to get you in front of our audience as much as possible! :) Anything a newly engaged person might enjoy. There is no minimum. Many of these items can be purchased online and sent directly to us. Physical contributions can be mailed to: Ally Penrose PO Box 536 Clifton Park, NY12065. If you would like to contibute your services, please email info@ctbride.com with a detailed description of what you would like to provide. We will collect all of the contributions and promote our contributors when they are recevied!!
  • Can I be included in your monthly Email Newsletter to Brides?
    Yes!! Email info@ctbride.com for details on how to get a shout in our Nuptial News email.
  • Do you have a customer service phone number?
    We are an entirely online community managed by a couple of busy Wedding Vendors just like yourself! That said, we do not have a direct customer service line but if you require assistance please email info@ctbride.com with your contact information and someone will get back to you within 48 hours. :)
