How do I update my profile?
You can submit a profile change using the Request Form here. Because we strive to keep the annual membership costs super low, there is a $15 fee for profile updates outside of your Free Annual Update in March.
Can I add more photos to my profile?
Yes. We can now add a photo carousel with up to 10 images to your profile for an additional fee of $75 Annually. To request this profile enhancement, please email email@example.com.
Do you have a customer service phone number?
We are an entirely online community managed by busy Wedding Vendors like yourself! That said, we do not have a direct customer service line but if you require assistance please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact information and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
Can I be included in your monthly Email Newsletter to Brides?
Yes!! Email email@example.com to discuss advertising and marketing opportunities.
Can I add your logo to my website/email signature?
Sure! Scroll down to Member Badges to copy/paste, or to save your preferred member badge to your desktop. Need it for something special? Email firstname.lastname@example.org for a high-resolution logo file or member badge.
